  • Educator Empowerment Center, LLC is a fully virtual company that provides professional development, mentoring, and seminars worldwide. Our virtual model significantly reduces costs for our clients. However, in the near future, we plan to offer two or three-day in-person conferences and workshops.

  • All of our professional development sessions take place after school, typically lasting 90 minutes. Additionally, we offer sessions on Saturday mornings and during school breaks, as well as summer workshops.

  • Educator Empowerment Center (EEC) focuses on new teachers and teacher leaders because these are two critical groups of educators. New teachers are the future of education, and they need strong support to succeed. Teacher leaders are the ones who drive change and innovation in schools. By focusing on these two groups, EEC can make a significant impact on education.

  • Educator Empowerment Center, LLC operates on a cohort model. Each series is designated for a specific cohort of 5-10 teachers/teacher leaders, allowing for individual attention and building small communities among educators.

  • Educator Empower Center's Prep Period Prodigy™ movement is a trademark movement that aims to revolutionize professional development for new teachers. The movement provides short workbooks that focus on specific skills that are essential for new teachers to develop strong pedagogy. The best part is that our workbooks are easy to carry, short in length, and can be completed within a prep period.

  • Educator Empowerment Center is owned by a practicing Master Teacher with teaching expertise and school improvement experience. The owner understands the challenges and opportunities faced by new teachers and teacher leaders and provides targeted support and advice to help them develop their skills.
